  2. I just added a NEW and Improved Community Map tot he forum! It is nicely integrated into the forum and I hope IPB's map is more long lasting than MyBB's...but with that in mind, please don't get mad if the map does break or stop working suddenly in the future...these maps are fun but the map API's seem to change so often that plugin authors can't keep up and then the map breaks! This one seem pretty well supported so hopefully it will be on here for a good, long time! It's pretty east to use...you can use your GPS position or type in a general location. If you use your GPS location, it will scrub your actual address and just put your marker in the general vicinity for security. You can enter your exact location if you wish. The map is also tied into the calendar so it will show event locations and also Clubs so if you start a club, it will feature a location for your club as well! You'll also find a mini location map of your location in your profile page! I'm not sure I even know every thing this new map can do so have at it and have FUN!! The link in in the top Nav Bar under Forum Info or click here: https://7173mustangs.com/forums/communitymap/

  4. A friend of the family had a good way of describing it. A couple can figure things out amicably between themselves, and the lawyer just makes it official. OR they can fight about it forever, and then the lawyer gets most of the stuff.

  5. Cool story, good to see exes that get along amicably. A good friend is going through a divorce right now and his wife has dragged it out to over a year so far.

  7. Yeah, that's the only positive thing with this divorce situation. We're getting along quite well and there's no hate or spite.

  11. A story similar to yours (which, BTW, is a great story!). A woman was looking for a used Mustang after getting rid of hers a few years earlier. She responded to an ad, and went to look at it. It looked quite familiar, and had an identical fender damage to her old one. The owner asked her if she wanted to test drive it, she said yes. The owner said let me get the keys, and she responded, "I have my own." She got in, used her old keys which she had with her, and started the car and went for a test drive. The owner was astounded! She came back and told him the story. I read this somewhere on a Mustang forum...in the Internet, so it must be true!

  14. Not a paint and body expert here, but here are some questions. First, are you talking about the front bumper or the chin spoiler? The Chin Spoiler is a plastic material like ABS or something that handles plastic paints better. The front bumper is a urethane molded assembly that I believe only needs a flex agent added to the paint used on the body. Second, if you really want paint to permanently stick to a surface, make sure it is done in over spray and you were not intending for the paint to go there. Seriously, ever notice how if you try to paint a piece of plastic the correct color it peels, cracks, fish eyes, runs, etc. But if you didn't remove every different color piece from the body before painting, even the best lacquer thinner cannot clean the overspray off. kcmash
