  1. ...and here I am afraid to drive Christine 178 miles one way to Carlisle next May for the Ford Nationals.
  2. Ok. I'll play devils advocate. Even at WOT....wouldn't a spray be better than a stream?
  3. Came across this and it looks interesting. There's a number of youtube's from others saying that it does work or a scam. Thoughts???
  4. Took Christine out for a ride today. As long as there's no snow on the ground we ride once a month over the winter.
  5. I'm far from an expert, but this one looks great. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1973-Ford-Mustang-Convertible/192724793079?hash=item2cdf4af6f7:g:Li0AAOSwHjtb7W5S:rk:2:pf:0&vxp=mtr
  6. Local shop quoted me $275 a few years ago. http://superchromenj.com/ I'm sure you can find a shop near you for about the same price.
  7. I'm just under 5'8" and have a grant 15" with power steering. No problem as I see all the gauges fine.
  8. The car can be replaced...you can't be.
  9. Looks good, but it's missing something. Just a little to flat. Needs more character. Maybe the red stang would look a little better if painted to match the body color.
  10. I'm on another Mustang site (Facebook) and a member did buy it. Just waiting to hear how it installs.
  11. Found it. Just need to make sure it will clear my radiator overflow bottle (Yes I have one). http://www.mustangsunlimited.com/Mustang/Engine/Engine-Dress-Up-Kits/Radiator-Cover-1971-1973-Mustang.axd
  12. Not quite. It covered the whole area from the grill to the radiator and did have whatever openings is needed. Thanks for looking.
  13. As the title says (and I don't think I'm losing my mind)... ::tease:: I could swear that I saw an ad recently for a cover for our radiator to grill that closes up that big space. It cosmetic, but I thought it looked cool. Cost was about $165. But NOW I can't find it. ::shrug:: Does anyone have an idea of what I'm talking about and maybe where to buy it?
  14. I quit at the 4th word. The Mustang didn't debuted in "1964".
