  4. Hello and Welcome from The Peoples Republic of California! You have come to the right place for help with your restoration. Bru
  5. When I clicked where to buy looks like in Australia only for the 303?? Our Camping World carries the line.
  6. I've been happy with the 303 line of products, they work very well on black. Ar Ar Ar ;) We use the marine line of cleaners on the upholstery. Bru https://www.303products.com.au/product-range
  7. You could always put in a manual valve that will work with a cable... or not. Come summer just open the hood and turn it off. Bru
  8. I agree with you, no need to put old tech in our rigs today unless you want to stay old stock. My post was to say that anything with 'Drake' on it isn't necessarily junk, as some say. I have used their products that have lasted many years without fail. I changed my suspension to Chris Alston (TCP) and am enjoying it a lot. Bru
  9. No dis-respect mpbsr, but why have one of the best looking mustangs ever made and not drive it? Unless someone has a concourse show car or a museum piece me thinks it should be driven. ::thumb:: Each to his own, Bru Exactly, too each their own. Why even bring this up? :chin: Just putting out a different opinion, I thought that was permitted. Don't worry, it won't happen again.

  11. Hidden trackers are less than a hundred dollars. Later on hydraulic locks can be installed. I have a buddy that has a '64 Vett, he jacks up the rear end and takes both tires into the hotel room with him just to make it harder to nick. A car cover helps keep it 'out of sight / out of mind' Bottom line, if they want your car bad enough it will be gone in the morn. Bru
  12. For my restomod I bought the battery cover... It looks pretty good and works for me. Bru
  13. Hello and Welcome from Cali. You have a great looking ride. Bru
  14. My cousin in Bakersfield, Ca came back from Nam in '66 and ordered a canary yellow 4 door Belvedere with the skinny tires w/ poverty caps. ie... a Grandma's car, stock to the bone. On the front fender, down low was a badge that said '426 HEMI' . No one believed it. He had more fun kicking ass at stop lights and buying tires. Back then Bakersfield was a big racing town here in Cali. Bru
  15. I ran Scotts for 8 years and when I did my rebuild they were still in good nick. Don’t know why some of our members are so down on them. Bru

  17. I do know that the hub caps had two different depths, one for cars and another for the van. Since i went with the wider rim I chose the ones for the van. Bru
  18. Hello and Welcome from Calif. Good looking car... and girl. ;-) Bru

  20. 6972boss, Good luck with your search, I think your going to need it. On another note.... with no disrespect intended..... Trona ? Really ?? I drive thru Trona on my way to Death Valley every year. It must have been a very long time ago since they had a dealer, how long ago was that? I'm 67 and it has been pretty much deserted since I've been traveling thru. Like I said, no disrespect intended. Bru
