  5. You will find that some unscrupulous sellers get friends to bid to bump the price up. A lot of times its relisted because his friend won the item and genuine buyers did'nt place highest bid :@

  10. http://www.cars-on-line.com/84459.html If only i was stateside ;) Going to get my present car further along the restoration first. Maybe after i pulled the engine and had it gone through and a body respray. After that i reckon i will be waiting long periods of time on NOS parts to pop up before this one is done. So start looking when respray is done.
  11. I just emailed West Coast Classic Cougar so hopefully they can help me with the correct fitting ::thumb::

  21. Thank You for posting this company. They have a branch in Germany, Europe. They may make my life simpler
  22. So are you saying the commissioner issues differant plates with differant numbers and leters? If so that would explain why you guys have such a hard time tracing a vehicle and depend on finding a vehicle using vin. That would be too confusing. Here in the U.K. the car gets issued one sets of plates for the life of the vehicle unless you purchase "private plates" with a set of letters that would represent your initials or name.

    Correct Paint I

I am probably going to be ready for paint before the end of the year. My paint code is "I" Grabber Lime. I am sure that paint will not be available here in the U.K. without a reference to mix from So is there a company in the U.S that make paint for the purist? And will they supply samples so i can get the correct paint made up here in the U.K? I don't think the U.K laws allow import of motor industry paint and no shipper in the U.K will move liquids around Is the engine bay color matched to the rest of the body, Grabber Lime? I also need to know the correct blue for the engine( I understand theres 2 shades of blue) And what exactly is painted on the block and any item that bolts on to the engine And i understand paints of today are water based as opposed to the original paint of 1971. So is the original paint ingredients still available and sold? How much paint do i need to order?
