  1. Thanks Gear ratio is 3.5 and tires are 27.1 inch Do you know what was the stock converter stall was? and the stall after the modification?
  2. Nice to know you are happy with it!! what is your rear gear ratio?
  3. will you be using the FMX speedometer cable? How is the project progress!?? I also have a FMX and swaping to a 4r70w is my next project! So please post every single step!
  4. Could you post a picture of your car? I'd like to see the 275's on the 15X8's...
  5. I have the same ones and I am very happy with them!! 15x7 in front with 235/60R15 and 15x8 with 275/50 r15. Sent from my SM-G9600 using Tapatalk
  6. You mean something like this? If the PB is activated it turns on a warning light in the lower left side of the dash. If your car dosnt have the light, it should be really easy to wire the switch to a warning LED and place it somewhere in your dash! Let me look for a pic of how the switch is installed in the brake pedal an will send it later. https://www.cjponyparts.com/ford-parking-brake-warning-light-switch-1994-2001/p/HW2315/ Enviado desde mi SM-G9600 mediante Tapatalk

  9. The tire pressure decal goes in the door. Here is a pic from when I started the restoration process. I can send you a batter pic later today. The small one I have no idea!
  10. RT = 0.729 60 ft = 2.752 330 ft = 6.786 Mid speed = 79.34 660 ft = 9.951 1000 ft = 12.643 speed = 97.71 ET = 14.93 (correction con my time!..was not 14.8) Also thinking about re jetting the carb next time on the track. The track is at sea level and I live at 6,900 ft over the sea level. it is a 48 mile drive.
  11. Got the car to the 1/4 mile yesterday. New setup worked great!....now i have traction problems. Had to be gentle on the gas all the way trough 1st gear and then step hard on 2nd gear, otherwise it only spins the tires. It is only my second time at the track, so still a noob at this. Will change to better tires and try again. My best time was 14.8 secs. What is a good 1/4 mile time for a 1971!? Enviado desde mi SM-G9600 mediante Tapatalk
  12. What size are you planning for the front? Enviado desde mi SM-G9600 mediante Tapatalk
  13. Hi! Which one did you choose? Dou you have pics!? What tires do you have in front!? Looking for a similar setup. Tnks!
  14. Tnks to you all! Took my time to check the whole valve train geometry. 1.73 was the right size for the rockers and 8.410 the lenght for the pushrods. Enviado desde mi SM-G9600 mediante Tapatalk
  15. Hi Tom! Dont worry. I did solve the problem by using ARP 100-7707 on my 71 with original front discs. They were 1/2 inch too long so I had to cut them. Enviado desde mi SM-G9600 mediante Tapatalk
