  1. Thanks David.... It does get plenty of use...... rofl
  2. Thanks....good thought....I may give that a shot. PS- I knew the Knob reference would come up somehow.....lol
  3. Hello Gents In have a hurst shifter on my 72 vert and looking to find a way to restore the white diagram on the black shifter knob. Short of finding a replacement are there any tricks to restoring it? I want to keep the original knob. Thanks for any help.
  4. Over 105k in restoration? https://www.ebay.com/itm/1972-Ford-Mustang-Mach-1/253561674047?hash=item3b0974193f:g:ik8AAOSwEnZa0hie&vxp=mtr
  5. How many of these were built? Seems like a deal for a Q code Car Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Description says 1 of 3 with the Q code package and 1 of 1 with California emissions compliance. There are 6 days left in the auction. Supposedly no reserve but the seller says he will sell it on this E Bay auction or at Barrett Jackson next month. Not sure what he means by that since no reserve means the car will sell to the highest bidder at this auction. Current bid is around $20k USDs. Really nice car and super rare.
  6. Agree its over priced. Essentially all that remains of Shelby performance is the badging and stickers. No seat belts!!! Lol....guess that was an afterthought in the Mexican market.
  7. Interesting car.....I had never heard of these...... http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=152807503615&alt=web
  8. I have the red one with the red interior. Fully restored and I paid $75,000 for it. Few things restored incorrectly, but nothing that I can't correct. I think that will prove to be a great investment. Beautiful car!
  9. No Marti yet... I will order soon. It came with a clean build sheet. Top of my head; it came with the exterior decor option (chrome rocker panel trim, lower panel in argent paint, blacked out front grill), aluminum wheels, dual mirrors, full console, upgraded interior, “H” Code engine with C-6 trans 2:75 open rear end P/S and brakes. This car was ordered new in Victoria, BC and spent its entire life there until I brought it to Ontario last week. Very original car, slowly looking at everything, checking #’s, paint marks, etc. Canada did not go metric till about ‘75, I believe, so imperial only on the speedometer Nice car! My Marti also calls out the chrome rocker panel trim. Is that the chrome that runs along the top of the lower body paint?
