  1. Salut Jean Pierre ! Du Nord Est aussi ... et je cherche aussi une Mach 1...
  2. Hello, I'am still searching a 71/73 Mach 1 with 351 4V with manual transmisssion.. I found one that seems to me good (no rust, small scratchs..) but the door tag is missing. Is it a real problem ? i got the Vin, pics ans Lemon inspection (which says that it is a nice car..). The owner seems to have it form a short time , and i don't know why he is selling.. I leave in France, and it will be my first (but not last !!!) Mustang. Any help is welcome...
  3. Thanks all, So as I understand : i have to prefer a car with a good body, than be sticked on one year. Car from the west have nice bodies, but interior burned and car from the east have nice interiors.. (to be very very quick). Well it's a good news for me, I do not have to be glued to one year.. David, thanks for the check list, and for the idea of seeing the car, I appreciate.
  4. Hello I'am trying to buy a Mach One (I leave in France...) I found 71 and 72.. I have heard that the 71 (351) works better as in 72 there was a change for the regulation of the pollution. Is there a real difference of power and pleasure between 71 and 72/73 ? Any return of experience would be gladly appreciate. :thankyouyellow:
  5. Nice backyard... You announce the mileage in miles, does it mean that the T5 models haven't the odometer in km/h ? The Army solider that brought the car home changed it out to MPH. My friend that has a 65 T-5 had also had it changed. Difficult to find the KPH here. I guess they took out changed and tossed. It cost $1.00 to bring your car home from Germany I am told. 9. Hello, My first question.. I like the blue one , and by searching on the net I found blue Mach1 with black stripes / hood and other with silver stripes / hood..I find a few with other body colors (red..). Silver was an original color ? or is it a color used on restored / modified mustang ? Or was it only alvailable with some particular colors ?
