  1. Ok great, how much would you ask? I can pay via PayPal.
  2. I need one of these, it got lost while the interior was apart
  3. I need a rear bottom seat cushion for a fastback. I dont care about condition as long as the frame is straight and undamaged. Thanks
  4. I could use the rear bottom seat cushion if the frame is straight, thanks
  5. Hello, looking for a dash harness used with the factory tach and triple gauge cluster, thanks
  6. Hello, I recently scored a Tach Dash and triple gauge cluster at a swap meet. I am looking for the correct dash harness for them. I really don't want to hack up my original stuff to make them work. Thanks. EDIT: My bad, I did not see the Want To Buy forum, I thought this was it
  7. Here is a variable rato steering box removed from a 1972 Mach 1. There is minimal play, I am asking $265, shipping included. [/url]image hosting websites
  8. Thanks for letting me know about the clutch, good thing I sold the Torino a few months after putting that clutch in. Now regarding the staggered shocks, will the hole inside the trunk be there? The hole that has the rubber body plug to gain access to the shock nut.
  9. I am going with the 4-speed because I have a Q-code 4 speed parts car. As for a clutch I bought a $100 LuK clutch for my 70' Torino M-code 4 Speed and it handled the power just fine. Of course the engine was stock just like my Q-code engine. This is not related but how difficult would it be to swap over the staggered shock set up. The rear sway bar seems pretty straightforward, but when I scrap the car I'd hate to not utilize the staggered shock set up.
  10. Thanks for the reply. That is a relief that the threaded inserts are there. I have a few more questions. Are the consoles different for an automatic vs. manual? If I go with a diaphram style pressure plate, will I still need the clutch pedal assist spring on the pedal hanger? I think I heard somewhere you don't need that. Do you know anyone that can rebuild a Hurst shifter? Mine feels loose and kind of sloppy, if feels like it wants to fall out of gear. Manually shifting the trans by hand feels normal.
  11. Hello everyone, I am new to these forums. I just purchased a 1972 Ford Mustang Mach 1 H-code, auto, unrestored original paint. I don't physically have the car yet which is why I have this question. I will be putting a Q-code, 4-speed drivetrain in it. Are the theaded holes for the frame side z-bar pivot already there? If not how would you add them? Yeah I realize I would need to drill them but adding the threaded insert behind the hole puzzles me. Also were the pedal hangars different between manual and automatic? I know they were the same for previous years.
  12. Hi Everyone I am new to these forums. I am parting out a 1972 Mach 1 Q-code 4 speed. Yes I am using the drivetrain, sorry (The reason I bought the car). As well as the rear trunk, spoiler and steering box, clutch linkage. It is a complete car (minus power steeing pump), power brakes, power steering, no console or fold down seat. Idiot light dash, no a/c. Still has staggered shocks and rear sway bar. It has no console but I have the plastic ash tray piece that goes around the shifter. Disc brake spindles will be available once I swap them off. I need to keep the car rolling. I am willing to let go of the driver fender and doors for cheap (glass is included, still installed). Each bottom corner of the doors has some slight bubbling. Bottom lip feels solid but I am unsure what is under the paint. I realize it is a risk so make an offer if interested. Same goes for driver fender. The passenger fender and hood are toast but I have a good passenger fender down to bare metal with zero rust. The only flaw is that there are a series of holes about ten inches in length drilled into it I am assuming for a dent puller. That can easily be glassed over, again no rust and hole for antenna is untouched. I am asking $250 for that fender I also have a pretty good original driver rear quarter down to bare metal with minimum rust. It will take some work to make perfect but nothing beats an original piece. I am asking $250 for that as well. Quick question, did the consoles differ for an automatic and 4-speed? Let me know what you need and I can send you pictures to your email. I am unsure on how to send pictures on here. Then we can talk price. I will ship out smaller items but larger items such as sheet metal or bucket seats I prefer local pick-up or you can send someone. I am located in Buffalo, NY. Thanks for looking.
