In addition to the previously posted definitions from others: 63D is sports roof with standard interior buckets, 6E is exterior medium bright yellow, AF is interior trim is ginger vinyl, axle 6 is 3.00:1 differential ratio, W transmission is C4 Automatic, DSO is District Sales office 71 which is Los Angles. 63D is sports roof standard interior Thank you much.

VIN (serial) number: 2F02F10 2 = 1972 F = Dearborn Assembly plant 02 = Sports roof (Fastback) F =302-2V (2 valve) 10---- Consecutive unit number (normally 6 digits) Welcome to the fun Thank you much.

Levy, This partial VIN tells me, it's an early 1972 Model Sportsroof, built in autumn 1971, that has left Dearborn with a 302-2V engine No more to identify. and a warm welcome to this forum from Germany. Hi Firstly welcome to a great group of Mustang miscreants. welcome anyhow ... nice machine btw To attempt top answer to your question on one photo .. it looks like "02" body sportsroof, if fastback .. usually 351 Cleveland 2V = H code engine the sprint had the poly front bumper and seat blue white knitted vinyl. ...the wheels look original dog dish though. ... need more pics + VIN Thank you.
