  4. They're listed as '65-70 at NPD, but the label says '65-73. Not for convertibles, as they won't clear the torque boxes. Brand new, never been used, but only four bolts of the set are present. Specs on all the necessary bolts are on the sheet. I'd recommend welding these in, at any rate. $80 + whatever it costs to ship via USPS or FedEx Ground (whichever is cheaper). -Kurt

  7. Hello all. Got a project 73 non-Mach 1 fastback car up for sale. Floor pans need some work due to rust. Has stock 302 engine and drive train which runs and drives. Body is very straight but needs a paint job. Interior was gutted to fix floor pans but have everything for it including original plastics and all fold down seat components and trap door stuff. Car has NACA hood, im listed as 2nd owner and i am currently making the DMV payment for the 2014 tags. Clear title. Need to sell the car to make room in the garage for the new 73 "H" code i just got so i would like to get 3k for the whole kit and caboodle but will most likely take a decent offer. I also have a 9" rear housing only that i would give to purchaser. Car is located in Bakersfield California. I mentioned this car for sale on the forum early last week, and i posted it in my local area Mustang club facebook page but havent had any response to it, if i dont hear anything about it again in the next week i will try craigslist for a couple weeks.

  9. We have a set of 4 nice old classic Centerline dish style wheels. Came on our Mach1 when we bought it. They still have tires so I can't accurately confirm measure but are 2 15x7 and 2 15x8.5" not curb rashed or other damage. We have to pay to take tires off so they'll ship, then $70 or less depending on where u are. Shipping NV to NY, assume closer will be less. Wheels may show some rust from lug nuts but will polish right off. We just want to recover what we paid extra for them and pass on these period correct wheels. $120 for the set. Email me or call 916-817-0173 Jenny IT WON'T LET ME CHANGE THE TITLE. 15X8.5 NOT 15X8. *****15X8.5*******
  10. I've decided to sell the entire driveline from my 429 car...you get everything from the carb to the tailshaft...heres the details...http://newyork.craigslist.org/fct/pts/3888883455.html My days of drag racing are over...
  11. Hey everyone, Never meant this car to be a trailer queen... it was made to be a fun driver and I have certainly had fun driving it. Bought this car when I was 16 to fix up when time and money allowed... was a daily driver for two years between 2002 - 2004, painted in 2004, stripes on in 2008, and then insert plenty of time until now. The VIN is a fastback (1F02H) originally RED, 351 2v auto, A/C, front disc brakes, P/B, and P/S. Now yellow with mach 1 stripes and deluxe interior ready to install (dash bezels from door to door, center gauges, and door panels). The yellow tribute came from a parts car purchased that turned out to be a mach 1 (1F05H) and originally grabber yellow, but FAR greater of a project/restoration than willing to take on. I realize 71 mach front nose was urethane, but the mach 1 parts car had chrome when I purchased so I went that route as part of the tribute. Not everything is a true tribute in this build, such as the addition of the 3 guage cluster in center. The tribute has had extensive metal work done: core support, front/rear fender aprons, fenders, extensive cowl repair, doors, full length floor pans, trunk pan, trunk drop offs, and tail light panel. After the car sat for a few years in storage after college, I had some extra money to start thinking about finishing this project up! Between using some of the original Mach 1 pieces, I purchased everything else I felt would complete and button up the interior... but as any project goes, other expenses came up and this again got put on back burner. With no end in sight, I'm ready to pass the torch and let someone else finish what I started! All parts, both interior and some exterior, totalling over $3,800 (my purchase price in 2010) come with the sale of vehicle. For your consideration is a 100% rust free 71 fastback mach 1 tribute, strong 351 2v motor, and strong auto trans. feel free to ask away with any questions. asking $12,000 ... i've tried uploading pictures with this post, but to no avail. car is also on ebay, item #261233831048 ...I can email you additionals if interested, just PM me your email lets try pictures this time

  13. My car was finished at the painters and he decided to do all the stripping by hand rather then use the kits I had bought. He did open the side and rear stripes kit to use the lettering and in turn lost one section of the side strip that goes across the door. All for $20 plus shipping. I have the Hood Stencil, unopened. http://www.laurelmountainmustang.com/products/1971-1973-mustang-nasa-paint-stencil The lower pin stripes black, unopened. http://www.laurelmountainmustang.com/products/1971-72-mach-1-mustang-lower-paint-break-stripe-black The rear trunk stripes and side check stripes black, opened. Missing side and rear lettering, plus one side will be missing the section across the door http://www.laurelmountainmustang.com/products/1973-mach-1-mustang-side-stripe-kit-black
  14. SOLD TO KCMASH Original 4300A carb off my '71 Mach, part number D10FAAA. Includes original hot-air/choke tubes, dashpot, and PCV hose - what you see is what you get. Carb leaked fuel out of more than one place the only time I tried using it - in short, it needs a rebuild. Far as I know, it is entirely complete, down to the original Autolite part tag. $65 shipped in the 48 via a Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box with Delivery Confirmation. PayPal only. -Kurt
  15. For Sale: 1973 Mustang Mach 1, Q-code 351 Cobra Jet, C6 automatic, 3.25:1 rear end, Saddle Bronze Metallic exterior with Medium Ginger interior. This car came equipped with air conditioning, tilt wheel, AM/FM Stereo (has aftermarket stereo in it now), full gauges, full console, deluxe interior, sports deck (fold-down) rear seat, rear window defogger, front and rear spoilers, staggered rear shocks and factory 1973 only slotted mags. The engine appears stock except for an Edelbrock aluminum intake and Edelbrock 600 carb (original carb and intake included) but has mild performance improvements with KB Hypereutectic 9.3:1 pistons, Comp Cams 268H performance cam and 2.5” exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. The transmission has a Transgo shift kit and the smaller CJ torque converter, which I believe is about 2400 stall. This Mach 1 has received a top to bottom restoration that currently has less than 200 miles on it. Asking $25,000. Email Fords65273@hotmail.com or reply here for more detailed information.
  16. NIB marker light. Free shipping to lower 48 states and APO. Will ship international but can't do it for free. mike
  17. Purchased this air cleaner bottom half in hopes it would have the bi-metal switch I was looking for. It did not as evidenced by the two small holes. I think it came from a 429 but not sure. Anyone who is looking for one will recognize what it is. Don't want to toss it the trash, it belongs on a Mustang. As always the item ships for free to the lower contiguous 48 states and APO addresses. mike
  18. Bought this for the Grande with a Hurst shifter and toploader. Does not fit. The mounting holes measure 4 1/4 by 5 1/4 inches and it comes with screws. Be careful what you buy online. You can get hornswoggled. mike
  19. Bought these and then discovered they would not fit my frame. Something about the position of the mounting holes. Probably only useful for someone with two Mustangs with at least one being a '71 :s mike
  20. A 'D1ZF 15000' console clock in semi-working condition :s By that I mean the hands move with the stem, and if I manually rewind the main spring, the clock ticks down until the points close. The points and coils are burned and will need fixing, or you could go for a quartz replacement. A friend fixed my coils and points then installed a capacitor bank to fire the coils so no direct energy from the battery is used. I call it my 'smoke proof' clock and it keeps perfect time as currently installed in the Grande. mike
  21. We never figured out how to mount these under the dash. There are two Pioneer speakers on the package tray which is enough. I prefer the sound the car makes :P There is damage to one of the white cones and I don't know how this effects sound quality. The speakers have never been powered up. Likely no adverse effect but, then again, they are free :P mike
  22. Bought these as a replacement for my standard bulbs. Then discovered they were too big to fit in the hole of the housing. Check the picture, they are just over one inch in diameter. I think they are the 30 diode model but not sure. Anyway they are free including free shipping to the contiguous 48 states and APO addresses.
  23. We removed these rods/rockers from a Cleveland that developed a cracked block. The heads had a casting number D3 from late 1973. They are yours for the taking and since I said "free", I will pay shipping to the lower 48 States. Don't want to scrap them. mike
  24. Since i bought a new spoiler for mine i don't need these old ones, thought i would post here before putting on ebay in case anyone needs or wants them. Pics are not to good but they will need to be stripped, primed and painted as you can see the black paint is flaking off and the gold glow paint is showing through, i do not have the 12 screws that attach to spoiler as the screws were stripped out,do not have gaskets either. I will include 4 stainless steel bolts washers and lock washers as shown in pics. drop me a line if interested. Please include zip code. Part# D1ZB-6344226 AWA
