it's been very mild here in central virginia, i think our biggest snow this year barely hit 2" and was melted by noon.

Have to disagree with that. They are high because they can do it. It used to be they gave an excuse to raise prices now they just raise them whenever they want. Crude last week dropped two days in a row but prices did not. The price hace jumped here at a minimum .10 a day. CROOKS or Thieves you decide
