1971-72 front rubber bumper

Interested of '71 Fastback passes on it, but I cannot tell what needs to be repaired. Is the center of the urethane sagging?

no outside is great just need to repair a bit of metal on the inside were it bolts the the bumper are . maybe a piece a metal when you bolt it together . if you want it is still for sale .email me at george@gcolucciandsons.com and I can give you a shipping quote
