I have a stock 302-2V for my 72'.. I want to upgrade my stock carb and go with a higher flow intake without having to worry about clearance issues and having to install a hood scoop. Any suggestions?

I'd say just about any dual plane intake will fit under the hood no problem.

For a regular street car, I'd say something along the lines of an edelbrock performer intake and carb, about 550-600 cfm. The carbs are easy to adjust and are simple.

Yes, just looking to give the stock engine some "kick". I found the best prices with Summit Racing, do you suggest somewhere else???

Summit or Jegs are both good vendors. I dealt with both! Does Edelbrock still make the Torker Series intakes!!! I know they were a good street intake!
