Where do the vacuum hoses/lines 1 & 2 go (connection)

Carb / kick-down rod goes to # 3

Steering column lock out rod goes to # 4

the hose goes to manifold vacuum,.. i dont believe there are 2 hose connections on it ?

FMXs.. Just pulled the one I stuck in my 66 stang out. Got an FMX out of my 73 Cougar parts car sitting side by side. The 73 has two vacuum ports on the module. Normally the module just has one port in the center of it with a line running to the intake. I don't remember where the second port went to on the Cougar. It was pulled years ago. Probably don't need it anyway. Just cap it off.
