1973 Q code Mach 1
Picked up a '73 Mach 1. They guy I got it from was cloning the '71 Boss 351. Came with a lot of nice parts.

The details from the ad.

It started life as a numbers matching red on black, Q code, 73 mach1, 4 spd car with factory posi "N" housing 9" rearend with 86000 original documented miles. The body and drivetrain have been transformed into a 71 boss 351.

BODY

new quarter panels

new wheelhouses

new trunk floor

new rear body panel

new front aprons

new core support

body stripped to bare metal and epoxy primed

sub frame connectors installed

door hinge pins replaced

any and all rust cutout and replaced with metal

primed and blocked 3 times

functional ram air hood plate

new hood hinges

door jambs already cut in

fresh gallon of viper red comes with car

all that left to do is water sand and paint, bodywork is complete

MOTOR

original 4 bolt main block bored .030 over

crank turned .010/.010

venolia forged boss 351 replacement dome pistons and moly rings

rods rebuilt with polished beams and arp bolts

melling hv oil pump

arp oil pump shaft

cloyes double roller timing set

lunati bracket master .560/.580 lift hyd cam

rhoads lifters

comp cams roller tip rocker arms

hardened push rods

whole reciprocating assembly balanced

factory closed chamber 4bbl heads

stainless valves

3 angle valve job

factory original boss 351 aluminum intake manifold

factory aluminum boss 351 valve covers

aluminum high output water pump

functional ram air air cleaner

CHASSIS

all new upper and lower control arms

all new steering components

all new brakes front and rear

all new bushings

new leaf springs

shelby style under ride traction bars

powder coated rearend housing

rebuilt 'N" third member with rebuilt factory posi and 3.89 gears

all new brake lines

new gas tank and fuel sender

new kyb shocks

TRANSMISSION

original 4spd top loader cleaned and re sealed

all new shift likage bushings

new boss 351 shift lever

new reproduction boss 351 shift handle

new ram clutch kit with roller pilot bearing

new shift boot

INTERIOR

new carpet

all new dash bezels

refurbished original crack free dash

rebuilt instrument cluster with led bulbs

original interior in great shape just needs to be cleaned and re installed

all new weatherstrips and window fuzzies

new sill plates

restored original deluxe interior steering wheel

all new locks and keys

new sail panels

That example Boss 351 motor pic you posted has the incorrect "Boss 351" sticker on the valve cover. They only came with the timing/vacuum sticker as applied on same cover in pic.
