Hello

For my Mustang year 73 with 302 engine from 1968, installing new standard cylinder sleeves, new set KB116 ktm pistons (for CR around 10.2:1), and also new rods set.

Pistons weight is 600 grams, pins are 143 grams, and rods are 585 grams.

Also putting new bearings, new cam, complete new head, all for 360HP and 6500 rpm.

Do I need to rebalance the crank shaft ?

THanks!!!!!!!!

yes. You balance the entire rotating assembly from the balancer through the flywheel or flexplate.

Are 302 blocks hard to find in Chile-here in the US sleeving a block is generally only done for a single cylinder as the cost to sleeve 3-4 cylinders is more than a block itself.
