I apparently blew the fuse link since the car has no power at all.

According to the manual it is Ford part number C9AZ-14526-E.

Does anyone know the proper size? This connects between the

starter relay, alternator and vehicle supply wire.

It is a 14 gauge (green) fusible link. You can order aftermarket versions from:
