its funny you say that, the last snow storm we had my son was looking at the extra flat hood we have, and he was thinking of using it as a sled.

Be careful I know a couple of guys that used a hood as a sled ( yes some alcohol was involved and I think just before this incident someone heard. " hey everyone watch this"). The guys climbed on went down the hill, the hood came to a sudden stop and they didn't, two of them ripped open their butts on some edges of the bracing that weren't as smooth as they looked.

Back in the day when I was a kid my older brothers had a couple snowmobiles and they would pull me around the fields on the hood of an old vw bug. Man it worked great and was fun as hell!!! Untill they would whip you around a bend and your speed would just about double and then you had a 100lb hood rolling over you in the snow. We always survived and it was FUN!!! For some reason my brothers took pleasure in seeing me roll through the snow in pain!!! LOL

It's in better shape than the hood on that Q-code 4-speed coupe that I've been talking about.

That's not saying much.
