There are some spray can solvents made to loosen up decals/stripes. But I would be careful because this product might damage the plastic dash pieces you want to strip.

This stuff might be very unfriendly to plastic!

Take a hair dryer. Please look for not to stay at one point too long and not too close to the woodgrain decals. With the hair dryer you warm up the old adhesive and soften it to remove it slowly... But allow you enough time by working it out!

I've had good luck removing decals and other stick on stuff with 3m adhesive remover. Gentle on all plastics and stuff it's citrus based. Also if you have good woodgrain panels I'd see if someone has a set to trade. Mint ones are getting harder to find.

 
Depends on if you're trying to save the woodgrain appliques for later..

but go slow and gentle prying up the material...

You might try Goof Off or Rubber Cement remover from hobby store

Always try on a junk piece first or non noticeable spot
