Does anyone know how the differential vent tube is routed and attached on 72 with dual exhaust?

Thanks, Chuck

C9 here is a pic of the routing. My mach has dual exhaust.

Jim
Jim, Thank you very much. The picture is great. Are those Koni shocks in the picture?

Thanks Again,

Chuck

Does anyone know if I can buy the housing vent tube as a kit? I've seen them for up to year 1970, but not listed specifically for 1971-1973.

thanks,

Bobby

Hi John,

I'm looking for concours correct. I have a hose there for the time being.

thanks,

Bobby
Bobby, I used the 70 kit. The crimp clamp at the axle tube is correct, the bolt provided for the frame clamp threaded right into the existing hole. The grommet provided was not used. The 71 Ford shop manual, chassis volume, shows a drawing of it on page 15-10-11, FIG.15. It does not show a grommet being used. A chassis assembly manual may have more detailed information.

Good Luck,

Chuck
