How long to get Marti report?

Hello everyone, I was just wondering how long it usually takes to get the deluxe Marti report by mail? it has been almost 3 weeks and still nothing.

Call and request an estimated ship date. It might depend on which report you ordered.

Well I just got off the phone with them, they recieved payment 3 weeks ago and never processed my order, arg!

I ordered the elite report a couple of years ago and it took a couple of months to get the framed report. I was able to download the report section much sooner.
