My Car
MACH1 ´71
Hello everyone,

I'm Robert (TommyVercetti is the nick I use in other forums), and I'm very happy because I just found this forum.

Since 1 year, I am the happy owner of the car that I've dreamed a lot: The mustang mach1 1971!! :heart::heart:

I write from Spain, so I apologize for my English.

Greetings to everyone! ::beer::[/u]

Hello from the other side of the Pyrénées mountain :)

And welcome here.

::welcome:: from Luxembourg, Europe.

Please put a pin in the member map (Top right corner under "Fun Stuff"), so we know where you are.

Ey!! thanks for your faster welcome!!

I think that I'll enjoy here!! jajajaj...

This is my mach1. Like you can see, it has the hood decal and front bumper like the boss351, although by the VIN is a mach1.

The engine is a 351C, and gearbox C6.

The car has a many upgrades, but I still have to fix some things, but generally it's in good condition.

Wow!! I've been watching the map and I did not know there were so many mach1 in Europe!

I've tried to put my location, but do not know how.

I'm writing from Málaga, in the south of Spain.

Welcome from Mustang, Oklahoma. You have come to the right place. Good looking car. Chuck

Welcome from the Netherlands.

I like what you did with the hood, beautifull car!

Must be a lot of fun to drive in Spain with it's rarity.

Edwin

Hola from Arkansas.

Great looking car you've got.

How is fuel quality and cost over there? Is owning an older American car difficult or extra expensive in Spain?

thanks a lot for the welcome to everyone!!

Gracias ponypastor! veo que hablas español.

protouringstang1973, near to the city I live, I have a Danish friend who loves the classic american cars. Now, he drives a 71' Chevelle.

Shelby71, yes, it's very rare to drive a classic american car in Spain. Several friends with me, have founded an american cars club. People says that we're crazy... y thank God we are!! jajajajaj....

I know another clubs in Spain, but not as many cars as I would like.

sicndhead, the price of petrol is one of the bigger troubles to having a classic american car in my country. The price of fuel today is 1,55 €/litre, so, I don’t drive “my pony” whenever I want :shrug2:

This is my engine when I bought it...
