How much "rebuild" are you going for? Mine was so bad off it made more sense to replace the front clip than repair what was left - there were some major rust issues in the frame rails, and the cross-members were smashed because of the "air-time" when the previous owners were trying to out-do the Duke Boys.
If you're only needing the radiator cross-member and battery tray apron, you should be able to get the parts pretty easy - Dynacorn makes 'em now, and I honestly can't complain about their parts.
I'd also suggest watching the videos by Scott (QCode351Mach) at his website
