Mikes73 finally gets paint

We painted our car last weekend using the summit racing 2 stage basecoat/clearcoat system and we are happy with the results. Total investment was about 700 for a new paint gun (120.00) primer, sealer, paint, clear, reducer, hardener, tape, sand paper etc was another 500 or so. We will be wet sanding to 2500 and polishing with meguires ultimate compound in a few days to really make it shine.

p.s. that is just dust on the hood.
