I stumbled across this site while looking for tire size info for my Mach1 (no sense in duplicating others mistakes, eh?).. Just purchased 15x8 Magnum 500's and have a set of 235 60 15 Cooper Cobras that I need to use up before getting a set of Radial TA's... look like they will fit the bill for now. You folks have some beautiful examples of the 71-73 big body Mustangs. Mine is a '73 Mach1, 351 4V, 4-speed A/C car that I've owned twice (purchased first in '87, and again in 2005). I do need to find a rear seat belt clasp side/black unless anyone makes a rebuild kit. Thanks again for the great site folks! Anyone else in Northern CA?

Thanks for the warm welcome all! I am in Cool, CA (yes, it is actually the town name). Doc, it's about a 90 minute drive to Reno, perhaps 45 min to Sacramento... I'll post pics as soon as I can pull it out of the garage and dust it off...

Incredible! I might actually meet a fellow member of the forum without having to drive for three days. :)

WELCOME aboard!

Having owned the same Mustang twice is a GOOD thing. Probably means that you have a pretty good idea on its history:).

I look forward to interacting with you on the Forums.

Again, Welcome.

One problem with buying the car back... ready to pull the old 5-spoke Mags and rotten tires mounted since 1988... just discovered the lug lock key is MIA... the key is not where I used to keep it the first time around (taped to the inside of the spare in the trunk). No where to be found... Not a fun setback. :-(

Keep your notepad in your right hand and your camera in your left. There's a ton of knowledge here free of charge, and we're more than happy to help, especially when we can see what we're trying to do. Keep us in the loop.
