I was going to ask the question but it would be too easy to google. When was the Munster Mobile introduced?

We just eliminated over 100.00 from our cable bill. About 8 months ago I convinced my wife to elimiate the big package deal on cable and go to basic. NOTHING worth watching and then I became irritated by the "reality tv " shows which indicates their LACK of creativity. Cancelled it all! Got Roku and Mahhhhhhhhhnnnnnn I can watch all kinds of stuff for 18.00 a month!!!!

So, I'm doing a little work this morning and find the Munsters :D. They played Rock-a-bye which was the introductory show when THIS was debut

I cut the cable completely, bought a nice roof antenna and started streaming first with a Blu-Ray player.

When Sony began having streaming issues with Netflix, I switched to the Roku, and love that little box.

I get a much better picture than I did with cable, and the roof antenna works like a champ.

Now all the Roku needs is a 71-73 Mustang channel...

As much as I dislike George Barris for some of his BS attempts to take credit for other people's creations, there is no doubt that he turned a few classics, specifically the Munster Coach and the Dragula...both masterpieces for sure.

The '66 Batmobile is obviously another Barris classic, but he didn't really "design" it so much as he modified the existing car ('58 Lincoln Futura).
