Hi all, I'm Richard and live near Southampton in the UK, I have just become the owner of this '73 Mach1, it's been off the road for 13 years and badly neglected, this will be a Looooooong project and I'll be asking for lots of advice. look forward to reading all the build threads and making some new friends, I have no idea yet as to what condition the floors are in.

welcome from latrobe PA USA. started my convertible in 03 and after I decided to tear it all down~found rat holes~body was in swiss cheese condition~bent frame rail too and that drum brakes had to go. It was a charity case for how I got it so I asked what I got. Everything was replaced on it.

Thanks Mustang dynasty, I'll probably be looking at 95% new sheet metal :s and I've got a lot to learn on this, learnt to weld last summer... do you have any pictures of your restoration?

Hi Manu64, thanks. not a bond bug, the front half of a '63 Morris Traveller that I was going to turn into a pickup with tube chassis and 3.8 Buick V6 :) but it's going to have to go now, too many others  a '72 F100, '72 F250 and now the Mach 1

Howdy from Phoenix!
