O'Reilly Auto Parts has remanufactured wiper motors for about $45.

I think they used the same 2 speed motor up until the mid 80's

Yup - exactly. The re-manufactured motors will come with the wires ready for splicing to the existing wiring harness. So, you'll want to keep your old motor and clip off the 4-prong plug to splice onto the new motor.
I have a working one,just pay shipping cost and you can have it .
