I had a buddy that had one of that style. 'Principality of Monaco edition'. It was a fun ride. Comfortable. I remember the doors had a big area outside the window you could put your arm in like a rest. Loved that car.

 
Cool looking car but, 302 is poor choice for pulling that vehicle. Chuck
It may be a less torque-oriented swap in comparison to a 351W, but I'd rather have an EFI 5.0 moving a boat like this than the smogged Cleveland-based 400 that you'd find in an equally heavy 1970's T-bird.

Ok not a 71-3 Mustang but a clean setup for a really fun driver! Car looks nice. Not real sure of the value but I sure like it!

I don't know. I do know a 445 CID stroked 390 FE engine fits in there. Chuck
