love the mud flaps and tail pipes though!

At one point I was going to put those mud flaps on. I think they would look good on certain color combinations but I am not sure it goes with that car. Probably due to the distractions of the white top and black stripes.

But the tail pipes are just wrong. If you have tail pipes like this, sorry, those are just wrong. For a while I thought of going with pipes like the 'smokey and the bear' trans am but decided against it. The pipes on this mustang just don't work.

The mud flaps were a fad in the 80's more than 70's. I had them on a 20th. ann mustang bought new. The flaps were a dealer option.

The exhaust does look odd when turned. The flaps did cut down on the stone chips from the road.
