Wow! Looks like you have a bit of a time capsule. Probably 99% of those paper type tags disintegrated into dust years ago.

 
The quantity "200" is a tip-off that this was a quality tag for a bundle of seats delivered to Ford by the Vendor. One tag per bundle of 200, and yours is that particular seat!

Interesting part #, C9ZB-63xxx... looks like a 69/70 part for a sportsroof....

Yea I noticed that too..Definitely a 1972 rear seat for a true mach 1..and definitely the original that came with the car

 
When we supplied aluminum grills to Ford we would do an extra special polish job on ones sent to Ford for approval much better than production. Are the seams on that seat straighter than most, lol.

I have some of the Ford Prototype tags stuck back somewhere you had to tag each part that was prototype going to the plant for assembly. Some early cars contain those parts also.
