Just wanted to say hello to everyone , my name is Larry and I am a sales rep for an engine parts company. I just purchased a 72 Mustang Convertible on Sunday after not owning one for 31 years. Looking forward to getting it restored. Larry

Yes , it has a luggage rack. I plan on buying a trunk lid to get rid of it.

Welcome from Oklahoma.

Nice Decor Group car! Car looks to be fairly original and well cared for. That is getting rare these days.

The luggage rack might be an original Ford dealer-purchased accessory.

If you don't have the Marti report for your car, I would suggest getting the best one you can afford.

A factory invoice is a nice document to have as well.

I think you will likw it here. Lots of great folks!

At one time I really wanted a luggage rack, I thought it added a bit of class (and a small bit of functionality). While I am not currently in the market I would ask that you don't just toss it out. Someone someday might want it. If it is an original ford accessory it is a rear bird indeed.

Come to think of it. A luggage rack would add to the 'sleeper' look I have adopted. ;)
