Yes, the AC-cars have no cubby in there, there are vents instead of the cubby.

I would check with Don (OMS) as he has parts cars and may be able to help you with your "Cubby" needs. Only non AC cars had that storage compartment as the AC cars had two vents at that location. As far as I know no one is reproducing that part as it is probably a very low demand part. If you try locating one NOS or someplace like E-Bay the Ford # is D1ZZ-6504514-A.
