Did they ever make a triple black convertible?

Don't know for sure about 71 having comfort weave. I know 72 & 73 did. They had some funky cloth inserts with crazy patterns in 71 I know but do not know what models got them.

You could get black as a standard Mustang color in 71 but for 72 & 73 it was a special order item. I myself hate black never clean and so darn hot especially in a vert. It is a nice original car for sure.

Very nice.

Were Comfort Weave seats available on the 71 convertibles? This one has regular seats.

Only available for 1971 models with Décor Group ordered.

Another interesting bit of info-

For 72 and 73 Knitted vinyl (Comfortweave) and moulded (deluxe) door panels (among other things) were now standard on convertibles. So if you see any 72 or 73 convertible with standard door panels or standard vinyl upholstery, it should cause concerns if claimed as original. :chin:

Very nice car

Nice looking convertible, but with all that black would have to be an early morning or late evening car when the sun is low in the sky. Even my black comfort weave seats get pretty hot during the day with the top down.
