THE MAN GOT BUMMED SO HE WENT OUT TO HIS MUSTANG AND STARTED LOOKING FOR A TIE COULD NOT FIND ONE SO HE STARTED LOOKING IN THE TRUNK SUDDENLY HE GOT AN IDEA GRABBED THE JUMPER CABLES PUT THEM AROUND HIS NECK AND TIED THEM INTO A FANCY TIE THEN WENT BACK TO THE RESTRAINT WALKED INTO THE DOOR AND THE WATER LOOKED AT HIM AND SAID WELL ITS OK IF YOU COME IN THIS TIME BUT YOU BETTER NOT START ANYTHING !

A man is walking down the street by the mental hospital. There's a tall 18 foot brick wall on his side near the sidewalk. As he continues down the sidewalk near the large campus he hears chanting coming from the other side of the wall. He keeps hearing 13 13 13 13. Wondering what the sound as he continues walking until he spots a hole in the wall. He walks over to the wall and looks through the hole, some idiot poked him in the eye with a stick and then they all started chanting 1414 14
