Looks like a Sport Coupe to me, I don't see a folding mechanism for the top. Roadsters should have a folding top. Early versions had wood wheels, so this one may be in the 20,000BC range. Also the steering wheel versus tiller. Common visual mistakes though as these models are as rare as hens teeth. ;-)
