When the front blew in yesterday (dropped from 80 to freezing in 2 hours), many of the trees around us decided to instantly dump their leaves - the pool looked like a bowl of Corn Flakes afterward. It was too cold when I finished working on the Mustang, so I chose to do nothing until today.
Woke up this morning to the pool pump sucking air. :shootself:
Now, my fingers have finally thawed out after we cleaned out the half bushel of leaves from the skimmers and re-primed the system. I took a look at the massive Red Oak in the front yard, and it's nowhere near close to finished dumping its leaves - it was taunting me. Yay.
