Mexican Mustang GT-351 tribute

On my visit to Mexico a few months ago, I was fortunate to spend time with the owner of this 1971 GT-351 tribute car. Car is not 100% correct for a GT-351 but modded to the tastes of the owner. ( I think he just liked the stripes! )

I got to ride in it to a local Mustang club cruise might even there in Guadalajara. Very cool.

And he knows about the red marker lights, turned gas cap, custom measurements on the hood blackout, chromed hood vents... I told him! He was cool about it all. H wasn't aware of many of those things at time of painting...

Lots of yellow on that one, very unique car.

I like the stitched dash. Looks sharp. I've see that on another 71-73 before.

Amazing. I can't locate a Mustang Club in SouthEast New Jersey and here's one in Mexico.

I think it looks fine. LOVE the work on the interior... ain't no TMI or Distinctive Industries in that car, for sure. ::thumb::
