So I just bought my first car! A 72 Stang.  A green beauty, stock 302 V8 engine, some new parts under the hood, great green leather interior, missing an exhaust system!

Give me some feedback or advice on loving an old 72 Mustang!

Step 1: I need a complete

 exhaust system.  Any recommendations?

Howdy from Phoenix!  The interior is probably not leather.

It's pretty like solid looking car.  You will find a lot of help and information on this site.
Used to live in Phoenix!  What could it be other than leather?  Seems like leather to me!  Maybe synthetic?

Its pretty solid, definitely old, lacks an exhaust and some rust under the passenger floor pan seem to be biggest issues.  A new paint job and fix the bumper a little and it should be an eye catcher!

Thanks everyone! It is in the shop right now should be out by tonight, fixing the passenger side floor pan and giving her an exhaust system. After that is installed the car should be in great working condition! Then next step is to restoring her to her former glory and beauty!

It needs the bumper to be fixed or bent into shape, then ill install a new headliner and dash for interior, then finally a paint job and she should be looking damn good! Ill keep everyone up to date with pics

Welcome from North Carolina and congratulations on the purchase. Since your car was rusty on the passenger side be sure to check to see if the cowl is leaking and letting water get to the floor. You can take the glove box out and see some of it but tough with heater in.

BTW there is a Mustang junk yard or two in N.C. if parts are needed.
