Missing front dashboard panel

Hey guys,

I'm in the process of restoring a 1971 MachI for a guy, but missing a piece i can't seem to find anywhere reproduced. I'm looking for the front dashboard panel that has the grill for the speaker and defrost ducts that the dash pad bolts onto. It's completely missing from this can and can't seem to find one. Any suggestions?

I hope the guy saved the VIN plate. It is riveted to that dash panel. If it's missing, so is the VIN plate and good luck replacing that.

a friend mine has a couple they both have surface rust, i can check with him. shipping from fl. may be pricey. you do mean the panel that would also have the vin plate?

Ya it's gone. Sad part is another shop was working on this thing and lost most of this kind of stuff throughout the car.

Don @ OMS should have you covered.

If for some reason you are going to head up I5 700 miles North I have one in my parts car you could take. I don’t want to deal with shipping one because they are so large.
