I am in the process of tackling the heater/AC. Sent the blower motor wheel (hamster wheel) off to the platers. Before it went off the rust was covered around 25% of the wheel. Now though its looking brand new. Very happy with the final result. The doors and rods have also gone to platers. Will post pics when i take them

Steve, That looks great! Nothing looks better than a newly plated part. Make sure you balance it. I had one that lost its counterweight and it made a loud noise when spun at high speed.
