I just bought one from steele rubber products. It is not installed yet but I replaced everything except the trunk seal and back glass seal with their products and have had zero issues.

No clue Don. I have not opened the box yet.  But whatever I got from them in the past worked out well whoever made it.

We had quite a discussion on this subject couple months ago. I think Daniel Carpenter is only one that makes them but not positive.

I would for sure not use the foam tape the factory used. Search for the old post I put lots of info and suggestions in it.

Thanks, I'll do that. I've helped customers/friends on older cars and an ill fitting seal can be a big pain.

I put a new "swap meet special" rear window gasket in my car the first time. I do not know who made it and at this point, it does not matter. The second time I did research and found that MCA suggested the Daniel Carpenter product and that's what I bought. I had it professionally installed by Safetlite and after many rainstorms this year,it does not leak a drop.
