Hello from Idaho,
I'm a newbie here and to any forum. This would be my first post any where. So pardon me for my mistakes
Over 60 probably doesn't help much.
I need to dye/paint my hard plastics in my 71 mach one. The has color faded over the years. So I found and ordered in the old stuff that contained Lacquer. Was hard to find any left its been 7 years since they made any. I was really excited to get the interior back to its original vermillion red color.
So.......... I prepped it and got it sprayed, went on beautiful. But it was darker than the original OEM color.
Here is what I sprayed. Virginia classic mustang kr-53 71-73 "medium" vermillion (40) (7 years old).
Perhaps someone could tell me is there actually different shades of vermillion red for 71-73 stangs ?
