So i picked up some Cragar rims and they were hitting the front drum brake weights. So I got out the lump hammer  and knocked  them off, do u see an issue driving?

Not really - the drums are now out of balance - but most likely you won't notice anything. There is a very slim possibility at higher speeds you could have a slight shimmy in the front end. I have done it before on 70 Nova and had not had any issues.

How much you shake and shimmy will depend on how far out of balance the drums are. If they're too bad you can try to find a shop that can spin balance your tires while on the car, which will also compensate the brake drum imbalance. The only thing after that, each tire must remain on that position. both corner of car and specific lug bolts.
