Hello everyone, My first car in HS was an M code 71 mach. I held on to that car for 10 years. I just recently bought my brothers car who had it since 1978. It is a J code SCJ car with 42K on the odometer. Here are some pics. DSCN0796.jpgDSCN0797.jpgDSCN0800.jpgDSCN0802.jpgDSCN0805.jpg

Welcome from Texas!  Great looking steed.  What a car to hit the ground running!

Thanks Bobby ! I remember sitting in this car back in 1978 when I was 12 and it was freezing cold outside.  He never let me drive it until the day I bought it.

Welcome from Ohio.... nice car one of my favorite colors on the 71-3's

Funny he never let you drive it ... I would cruise over to his house one evening unannounced, do a nice smokey burnout and go back home :whistling: :whistling: :whistling:

Welcome from Oklahoma. Very nice to see such an original 429 car. Many don't realize how many came originally WITHOUT side stripes.

Well, you're not too far from me then. Funny thing is I used to live in Colorado Springs for 15 years and planning on retiring there as well !
