1971 Convertible Restomod. Was an M code but now a 429 with a few upgrades. White leather interior. Automatic. No A/C.

There is a 351-M cleveland complete engine for sale on Albuquerque Craigslist for $150.00. Just FYI if someone is looking for a block and rotating assembly. The heads will be nothing special. NOT MINE!     Ed

 
I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong, but I believe the 351M also has a higher deck height and uses a big block transmission instead of the 351C small block transmission.

 
Yes, both the 351M and the 400 have a deck height that is a little over 1" taller than the 351C, 9.206 vs. 10.297.

There was one casting number in '71 and all of the ones with a '73 casting number that had the small block bellhousing pattern, all of the rest had the 429/460 pattern.
