Help on panel fitment

I have a couple of issues. I have taken pics for one of them. My passenger door to fender alignment is a bit off at the top near the windshield. My daughter knocked the door off a stand and I did my best to straighten it. Not sure if that is what is wrong or if it is the fender that needs tweaked. I am comparing passenger side (1st pic) to drivers side. Any ideas what i should try?

Looks like the fender could use rolled down. Don't be afraid to massage it a bit with hammer and dolly. You may need to work the fender and door both.

For sure they were not perfect from factory. You would not believe how bad my original is. They had about two minutes to align a fender to a door on the line. You can improve for sure but will never be perfect. The tooling back then was cut on tracers mill not CNC. They were just getting into CNC then usually had a punch tape.
