was changing my ignition lock and a gear and washer came out , not sure how to put it back in, also i don’t see a snap ring that a diagram show

The snap ring holds the gear and washer in place inside the casting, so they don't pull or fall out when the key lock is removed.
ok thanks, so i install the gear washer and snap ring first and the snap is going lock them down? is there a specific way if’s give in.

There's no specific way the snap ring goes in. The only thing you have worry about is tooth alignment on the gears. Look in the 5th post in this thread:

I used a regular snap ring plier but I ground I ground it so it can make all the way to the bottom.
