Here is my poorly described job description:

I do precision guess work based on limited and sometimes useless data provided by people with questionable knowledge and unknown backgrounds pertaining to the subject!

That sounds exactly like the engineers I worked with back when I worked.

I work in the operating room (surgery) and only do two things.

Either put parts in or take parts out.

What line are you in?

I work very hard so that the government can take half and pay people to sit on their couch and complain about imagined slights on social media.

I make a living by playing "bring me a rock".

No that one's too big. That one's too small. Rounder. No that's too smooth. It needs to be flatter on the bottom

Get the picture?

I make a living checking out shorts.  I try and find work locations as close as possible to coed colleges and universities.  I do carcheology on the side.

Let me check your shorts!

I am with Vinnie - my job is based on binary code with a safety and/or security backround - by dealling often with people and their questionable knowledge and unknown backgrounds pertaining to the subject, as Rocketfoot said earlier

Okay, soooo...generally my job is telling people where to go.

It's not the dream job you might expect that to be.

I perform studies for governmental agencies that are expected to provide perfect results from imperfect data that is often estimated or simulated.

I'm in the process of inventing the Cordless Extension Cord and/or a cheese straightener (you know when you cut the cheese and it's not a nice square block anymore).

Pluss I really want to do my part to help humanity and could always use a income increase.

Contact me direct at ib4stangs@yahoo.com for photos or with your zip code for a shipping quote...thanx, Pat

Now retired, thankfully. I spent most of my working career as a cat herder/sheepdog for a federal agency. Chuck
