If one behaves like a tard... I think some drivers should be jailed for criminal damage to beauty and history 

If I were judge the sentence would be 20 years NO parole...and when released their license only allows them to drive up to 90Hp ...no more.

I agree with you for the idiot's that are showing off.  The ones that are legally racing get a "get out of jail pass" in my book.
